Before Project Start: You can cancel your order at any time before the project start. Please contact our customer support team via email info@webinfosys.net to initiate the cancellation process.
After Project Start: Once your project has started, cancellations or changes to the order cannot be made.
Products like google mail, rediff mail, Microsoft mail, domain, SSL, hosting, etc once purchased from our end for you, there can’t be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for cancelled orders within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method:ng> Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product or service price if the service has not started or product not purchased on your behalf, minus any applicable shipping costs.
If you want money refund after work/ project started for services like website, mobile app or digital marketing, then we will process your refund by deducting the services we already done from your paid money if any balance is there.
